Senior Data Analyst, Product Analytics

Data is at the core of everything we do and is critical to our overall business as well as improving the product experience for clients, partners and end users. As a Senior Data Analyst – Product Analytics you will play a key role in the development and growth of Amino’s healthcare guidance platform by using data and analytics to drive feature development and strategic business recommendations. You will work with a cross-functional group of data engineers, product managers, analysts and customer success managers to optimize our approach to business and product analytics, and take the lead in building new capabilities for how we use data to drive decisions.
This is a unique growth opportunity as you will own and contribute to broad team initiatives plus share and learn new ideas, approaches, methodologies and tools.

- Have substantial experience in product and business analytics and want to help shape our team’s approach to analytics
- Have the ability to communicate complex information concisely and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What you will do:
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to build and shape the analytics foundation
- Drive analytics initiatives that continuously improve our product and increase customer engagement and retention
- Develop an approach to instrumenting analytics that is easy to maintain and scale
- Work closely with customer success teams to create both automated and customized reporting dashboards
- Support the go-to-market teams by building and managing the customer-facing analytics dashboards
- Lead data governance and define metrics that align with company growth goals and strategy
- Guide our approach to data validation
Skills and experience you possess:
- 5+ years work experience in data analytics in a fast-paced environment
- Experience writing clean, well-tested code in SQL
- Expertise with data visualization tools and reporting dashboards
- Experience with quantitative analysis
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong documentation and verbal communication skills
