  • Lead brand strategy workstreams and support the CX, creative, marketing and other practices on client projects that may include brand, campaign, and web development, customer acquisition and retention, UX/UI, and other experience innovation projects
  • Analyze and synthesize findings from consumer, brand, and market research to build brand strategy roadmaps and develop insightful, informed, and actionable strategic briefs
  • Support the CX Practice and Brand Strategy Discipline to achieve internal goals including building a culture of documentation, thought leadership, and customer expertise
  • Ensure that all solutions delivered are human-centered and build towards achieving the client’s brand vision

We would like you to have…

  • 5 – 7+ years of experience as a brand strategist or account planner
  • BA/BS in related field
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and in client-facing roles
  • Proven experience in design and development of briefs, presentations, insights, audience personas, and brand and competitive audits
  • Strong understanding of and experience with foundational brand strategy methodologies, discovery work, market and audience research, industry trends, and consumer behavior analysis
  • Ability to quickly analyze, distill, and present complex subject matter with people at all levels within an organization in a remote environment
  • Willingness to either lead or learn depending on the task at hand
  • Technology, healthcare, and financial experience a plus
  • B2B experience a plus
