Product Manager, Audience Attributes

We’re looking for a driven, innovative Product Manager to join our growing Advertising team focused on delivering value to the world’s largest brand advertisers. In this role, you’ll help advertisers understand their audiences in new ways by defining new streaming attributes derived from music, podcast, and other forms of audio consumption. The attributes you commercialize will help advertisers around the world make better decisions throughout the buying cycle – enriching their pre-campaign planning, targeting and media mix strategies, creative messaging development and testing, and post-campaign analysis.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Engineering, Product Insights, and Design to evolve the audience understanding we deliver to our advertising partners in ways that protect user privacy
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize scalable opportunities rooted in real customer needs
  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy to drive measurable growth for our global ads business
  • Lead product development from ideation to alpha/beta testing to GA launch, delivering an excellent experience for our customers throughout product phases

Who you are

  • You’ve successfully launched commercial products for advertisers by making use of first-party data within a consumer technology platform or major publisher
  • You’ve used your influence to bring innovative new capabilities to market in ways that drove tangible business growth
  • You have experience translating raw data sources into compelling, actionable insights for partners, and can explain your efforts easily to internal and external stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding
  • You thrive in high-growth environments, equipping cross-functional teams to rally around a strategic opportunity, to make prioritization tradeoffs thoughtfully, and to execute well
  • You’re known for your ability to balance creativity with pragmatism
  • You’re fascinated by consumer behavior in general, and by audio streaming behavior in particular
