Partner Sales Manager

The Strategic Partnership Manager develops and leads the third-party partnership strategy to advance existing partnerships and pursue new external partnerships in the church, corporate, and non-profit markets. This position is responsible for representing the company, managing external partner relations, providing sales and marketing support, and updates on product features and enhancements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and monetize existing third-party partner relationships.
- Develop and explore new strategic partnerships that bring value to NCE and our customers.
- Represent our company and product offering to potential partners.
- Establish strategy for revenue growth with new and existing partners.
- Attend major conferences to enhance relationships and explore new opportunities.
- Facilitate the interaction between different NCE departments and our partners.
- Participate in contract negotiations and structuring of partnership agreements.
- Understand diverse aspects of the church, corporate, and non-profit markets and any overlap.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify which new partnership opportunities to pursue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate third party software that is accretive to our offerings.
EDUCATION:
4-year undergraduate degree, or equivalent, preferably in management, computer science, technology, or information systems.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 years working in the technology space with a focus on enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and/or vendor management.
- Education, mission-based, and technology industry experience a plus.
- Experience managing partnership and alliances relationships is required.
