Member Growth Content Manager

This role will sit on the Enterprise Content Marketing team and be responsible for planning and implementing Headspace Health’s content strategy, supporting the goals of the Member Growth team. The role will work closely with the Enrollment Marketing team for employers and partners as well as the creative team to deliver on workshops, webinars, and content-driven campaigns. This person will work with Headspace Health’s coaches and clinicians to help produce content that destigmatizes mental healthcare, makes mental health approachable, and drives adoption and engagement of the Headspace Health app. This person will need to have strong communications skills, work well cross-functionally, and be able to adapt to our changing industry and needs.
How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace Health:
- Partner with the Director of Enterprise Content to develop the content strategy for member communications to support enrollment and engagement goals, leveraging member data, feedback from the field, and other relevant data.
- Write on-brand and engaging copy for company-owned channels and our client’s internal channels including emails, flyers, webinars, scripts, slides, newsletters, short blurbs, toolkits, and others for members with access to our products.
- Manage and execute against the content calendar meeting internal and external deadlines working cross-functionally with the creative, member growth, experiences, and product teams.
- Lead the content creation process and leverage member data to inform topic recommendations which includes analyzing member data, conducting research on topics, connecting with our care team, creating briefs, managing other stakeholders and freelancers, QA, packaging content pieces for end-users (ie. employers and partners).
- Collaborate with Marketing Ops and Creative teams to create a content strategy for Headspace Health’s newsletter.
- When needed, manage the logistics of all webinars and workshops using Zoom webinars, host and moderate sessions, and provide backend support during all webinars and workshops.
- Measure and report on the performance of campaigns and workshops and compile member testimonials to be utilized in communications and externally with employers and partners.
- Test content formats and channels in member-facing campaigns and report on key learnings to the Member Growth team.
- Create a compelling brand narrative for members for Headspace Health’s merged offering, and delivering on key pieces of content such as launch webinars and brochures to tell the member story.
- Partner with our Leadership Education Team to create events and communications for our external audience of people leaders and managers.
What you’ve accomplished:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, specifically in a role where you were producing content; preferably within the mental health and behavior change spaces.
- Strong copywriting, communication & project management skills.
- Experience working with tools such as Zoom, Looker and Tableau.
- Experience managing other people and inviting stakeholders along on the journey.
- Prior work experience in a startup environment (you move quickly and scrappily, and with limited bandwidth, make sound business decisions that move us towards future scale)
- Public-speaking, facilitation and presentation skills.
- A creative eye for demystifying mental health and inspiring people to try something new.
- A genuine skill for creating an engaging narrative and presentation experience.
- A clear passion for improving the health and happiness of the world, and being able to communicate this in an authentic and engaging way.
