The Editorial Lead for RoundGlass’s Integrative Health and Wellbeing Collective will work closely with a small team to define this business unit’s brand identity and unique brand story. This person will play a key role in curating content from subject matter experts (SMEs) while orchestrating the activities and processes of our digital ecosystem including websites, social media, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns. They will also design and implement digital marketing strategies, analyze data traffic and user metrics, and ensure the consistency of our unique brand’s digital tone and presence. Finally, our Lead Editorial team member will interface – as needed – with patients and care providers in meetings, consultations, and on our electronic health record (EHR) platform.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to key business plan elements, including market differentiated brand identity, customer segmentation, quarterly and yearly metrics for success.
- Write content for our website, blogs, promotions, and patient-facing communications.
- Work closely with Lead, Integrative Health Operations and Physician Team Leader to identify SME content sources.
- Curate content from SMEs and promote through multiple digital channels.
- Map our customers’ journey from first point-of-access to purchasing/enrolment decision to retention or attrition.
- Identify opportunities to increase target customer conversion and purchase.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure consistency with our overarching RoundGlass brand.
- Oversee our social media accounts.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Liaise with Product, Design, and Sales directors to optimize our digital customer experience through cohesive strategies.
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out in the B2C marketplace.
- Manage outsourced teams of talent, as needed.
- Be accountable to key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) targets.
- Working with Lead, Integrative Medicine Product Marketing, prepare and manage marketing budget.
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a marketing strategist developing, launching, and monitoring successful digital marketing campaigns.
- B2C marketing experience targeting high-income demographic for a luxury or organic product and/or service.
- Strong understanding of the functionality and specificity of all digital marketing channels.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
- Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Healthcare industry expertise and experience with an EHR system a plus.
