Global Sales Enablement Manager

Our Sales Enablement Team is seeking a Global Sales Enablement Manager. This person will play a key role in developing the strategy for ‘knowledge management’ across our various tools / systems. They will also help us develop key learning programs and initiatives that will scale across our Global Sales Organization. This person will be responsible for the strategy, development, and project management / operational oversight of various learning initiatives. You will work closely and collaboratively with cross functional teams across the business, including with Sales Training, Product Marketing, Measurement, Sales, and more to help bring these programs to life. You will also be responsible for partnering with outside vendors as well for certain programs and strategies. You will be responsible for developing the vision and strategy for continued education, specifically around our product and tools knowledge. This role requires someone who has exceptional project management skills, stakeholder management, program development experience, and has the ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment juggling multiple projects at once.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end program and project management of key strategic enablement initiatives that are global facing and will scale across our Global Sales Organization (GSO)
- In partnership with cross functional leaders and stakeholders, develop and launch multi-layer continued education learning programs in key areas where Sales needs additional support / attention, such as our Products and Tools
- Support onboarding and partnering with an external consultant who will aid us in developing a short and long term plan for Knowledge Management across our various knowledge base systems (Highspot – Content Management System, Docebo – Learning Management System)
- Responsible for developing our internal knowledge base of information / internal “sales hub” and providing a clear vision on how this will interface with our external facing materials as we migrate onto a new system to bring the two worlds into one.
- Lead change management efforts upon program rollouts – including comms plan development, alignment with leadership, gathering insights and feedback, developing adoption metrics.
- Develop measures of success / KPIs across your programs and initiatives
- Develop robust project plans using a project management tool (we use CODA), and ensure a strong communication cadence is kept with stakeholders as you move projects forward
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments of enablement needs and gather feedback on current program stack to provide proactive thought leadership / recommendations back to the team
What we’re looking for:
- Digital media advertising industry experience preferred
- Strong operational, program management, and / or project management experience
- Experience working in Sales Enablement, Sales, Learning and Development, or Product Marketing
- Experience working with global teams in a corporate, fast paced environment

- Familiarity with instructional design / adult learning
