What you get to do
- Ownership of Churn actuals and forecasting, Renewals and Billings modeling, and Services Revenue forecasting
- Responsible for the drafting and calculating of quarterly commissions for the BDR organization, providing support to the VP of Demand Generation & Marketing Operations
- Serve as a trusted business partner for department leaders to help them develop forecasts, drive increased insight into budget and expense management, resource planning, and other financial operations support
- Develop and provide operational analysis and reporting designed to drive increased awareness into departmental and total company performance and opportunities, and make the business more efficient and profitable
- Execute value-added analysis and decision support for key business projects and initiatives
- Reconcile and explain budget variances, track key operational and financial metrics, and assist with monthly and quarterly management, executive, and board-level reporting packages
- Provide back-up support to other team members as needed
Who you are
- 4-year Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and/or budgeting in a small company environment
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- A highly collaborative team approach to work
- A record of accomplishment and delivery against objectives
- Excellent systems skills/accounting software package proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar software a plus)
- A detail-oriented team player with strong self-direction
