Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Gremlin’s engineering teams
- Execute against the team’s customer focused, high impact product roadmap
- Be a key stakeholder in decisions both technical and non-technical with an emphasis on balancing immediate delivery versus long term sustainability
- Guide the growth of our engineering culture and processes as the organization scales
- Mentor and provide opportunities for career growth for engineers
- Hire top engineering talent
Key Skills and Attributes
- 4+ Years Engineering Management Experience
- Experience in customer facing product development and cloud based infrastructure
- SRE, operational, and/or chaos engineering experience
- Excellent project management skills to help teams deliver on time
- Strong people management skills to recruit, manage, and develop talent
- Ability and strong interest in fostering an open and inclusive engineering culture
- Experience in agile/lean software engineering practices
- Experience managing distributed teams
