Some general responsibilities you can expect:
- Answering customer questions and/or concerns about a product or service via inbound/outbound phone call, email, and/or video chat
- Provide resolutions for customers during your first interaction with them
- Meet Client performance metrics
- Building rapport and maintaining a positive experience for customers
Qualifications we look for in a candidate:
- Have a working knowledge of web browsers/search engines (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)
- Must be able to exude compassion, empathy, and patience with every customer
- Show the ability to navigate/toggle multiple software systems
- Must be able to research, analyze, and determine the appropriate course of action for customers
- Must have the ability to document customer account activities timely, thoroughly and concisely
- Kindly and efficiently resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers
- Maintain a friendly atmosphere and positive customer experience at all times
Minimum Requirements are:
- Laptop or Desktop Computer
- Approved Headset
- Internet Service
- VOIP Phone Line
- Home Office Space/Environment
- Service a minimum of 20 hours per week per client
Experience:
- Minimum 1+ yr. experience in customer service
- Some College Education preferred
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
