Quartzy is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help us drive user adoption of the Quartzy application.

Quartzy is a 100% distributed team so this role can be done anywhere in the US.

You are focused on problem-solving customer needs with simple, effective communication skills. You are always friendly, happy and helpful – passionate in building relationships to help shape the customer’s value of the Quartzy platform.  You serve as a customer advocate to identify and demonstrate new capabilities or features they may be interested in.  You are able to set customer expectations while remaining encouraging, empowering and supportive. You are a proven technical and analytical person looking for your next challenge. You may have worked in B2B SaaS startups closely within customer success to deliver a world class support for your partners. Alternatively, you may have been an internal Quartzy champion in your organization and drive engagement of other users.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll help onboard new Quartzy labs to the platform, ensuring they know how to use Quartzy to the fullest
  • Be a key partner to Quartzy labs to help them operate the most efficiently including helping them set up the platform, inviting other lab members and anywhere else lab admins need assistance
  • Provide ongoing training to admins on new Quartzy features
  • Work closely with support and lab admins to handle escalations
  • Proactively identify trends or data that will help improve the Quartzy product to better support our labs

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer success experience > 3 years or current/recent Quartzy customer
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues with empathy
  • Ability to understand and teach technical skills
  • Professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze data sets and extract insightful conclusions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Goal oriented with self-directed work ethic
  • Collaborative experience with marketing, sales, and product management
  • Experience working in growth stage start ups scaling quickly
  • Experience working directly with founders and other executive team leaders at a startup with less than 100 employees is a plus
