As a Content Manager, you play an integral role in defining and evolving Bayzat’s content strategy to ensure that both the content and brand strongly resonates with Bayzat’s ideal customer profile (ICP) across both industries and Countries.
To excel in this role, you have a strong content background who possesses the ability to both ideate and execute upon high impact content pieces that resonates with the brand’s target audience throughout the marketing, sales and post sales customer funnel.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Define and evolve Bayzat’s tone of voice that align with brand positioning
- Develop, evolve and scale Bayzat’s PR initiatives to aid in building brand affinity and awareness
- Identify and help develop strategic content pieces through individual research and managing in house and third-party agencies
- Own the identity of Bayzat’s social media channels to ensure that they are aligned with the brand’s vision coupled with scaling Bayzat’s social media presence
- Develop hyper-personalized content pieces based on defined company profiles to improve lead to customer conversion rates
- Provide content support to the Sales Development team to help execute Account-based marketing (ABM)
- Ensure the production of impactful content pieces such as but not limited to whitepapers, videos, infographics and blogs
- Define and develop detailed reporting that allows the Marketing Department to make better data driven decisions on content & social media posts
- Building out a content strategy and detailed plan throughout the year. It includes thorough market research, brand/product knowledge and budget optimization
- Creating all content pieces which includes intensive writing and coordination with Bayzat’s visual designer
- Owning Bayzat’s PR strategy and outreach
- Helping to implement define strategic content material around the customer journey that optimize the customer experience
- A/B testing marketing content material and execution across digital platforms (i.e. how content changes to specific ads increase engagement rates)
- Owning the content strategy and development across Bayzat’s owned and third-party platforms
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a B2B organization
- Extensive digital & technical knowledge is a must
- Have broad operational and executional know-how
- Be a team player who is able to build and maintain close relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Be passionate about technology
- Have the ability to analyse and extract research data
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong strategic, critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability
- Obsessively organized and detail oriented
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
