Associate Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Product Team.As a member of our team,you get to tackle all sorts of problems and learn from them. You’re invested in the work we do and the products we bring to life.

As a Product Specialist, your role will lie at the intersection of customer feedback ,user experience, business strategy and engineering .You will ask the right questions and quickly learn how to anticipate problems before they escalate.When it comes to problem solving,you learn to prioritize and balance the needs of our team,internal stakeholders, and most importantly, the end-user of the products we build.

What will you be doing?

General

• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Support for In-app actions on intercom/customer journey documentation update
• Resolve issues reported by Business Intelligence team such as data discrepancies
• Product Analysis: Utilize data and user feedback to suggest improvements

Conduct Product Discovery Activities

• This includes customer interviews and understanding their process and pain points

Support Product Design

• Supporting the product designer in the creation of multiple prototypes
• Participating in user interviews and usability tests with customers

Collaborate with Engineering Team

• Define detailed user stories and requirements
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance team in troubleshooting bugs and quick resolution of client facing issues

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1-year experience in a start-up or corporate environment
• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Arabic
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
• Analytical and data driven
