The account team is looking for someone to support, collaborate and assist in delivering marketing and advertising programs that have an impact. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • As an Account Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in leading project execution for some of our national accounts, delivering digital advertising projects and marketing programs that are adapted to the client’s needs
  •  Help facilitate the onboarding of our clients who want to start digital marketing programs or existing clients who want to move to new programs/add additional services. Working with internal Digital Marketing Specialists to help execute web and marketing programs
  • Assist in coordinating projects internally, working cross-functionally with the account team, creative team, and media team. While also mobilizing personnel and external resources to complete assignments—on time and within budget are some of the other aspects of the game
  • Prepare various creative project requests and monitor project timelines for the account team
  • Organize, attend, and follow up on important actions/decisions from cross-functional team and client meetings
  • It takes great communication skills, confidence, creative problem solving, and accountability to become an invaluable member of a marketing team that delivers
  • Most important to your success is the willingness to learn, think, and adapt to our sometimes hectic schedules.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years experience in an advertising agency or marketing firm preferably with an emphasis on digital communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing communications
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills and superb attention to detail
  • Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Problem solving skills
