Media Management Coordinator
This position supports the versioning and creative departments for all promotional material to our global markets for International Networks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes all PRF’s (Promo Request Form) for all our global markets, which address the collecting and delivery of requested assets as needed.
Manages all in house media content and works with all third party creative agencies for their needs.
Requests all media assets and graphic elements needed from other internal departments and external agencies when needed.
Ensures all content is handled in a timely manner to maintain department deadlines.
Manages and organizes Avid Isis production storage environments for the OAP department.
Manages and organizes additional server requests when needed.
Works directly with in-house post-production managers and departments like O&TS to address any technical needs, updates and workflows.
Executes digital archiving and transfer of all footage internally and externally.
Creates and distributes daily screeners upon request.
Light Editorial Duties upon request.
Supervise the creation of all deliveries to our global SVOD / VOD services.
Works directly with Dry Creek, our global distributor for the collection of assets needed for internal and external requests.
Supervises the delivery of finished assets to internal and external vendor requests when needed.
Works closely with the Vice-President of Creative Services and Operations to create and prioritize short and long term agendas for media management.
Creates reports for Vice-President of Creative Services and Operations when needed.
Oversees the submission of creative assets for award consideration.
