Leidos is currently for a Classified Document Mail Room Operations Specialist to support the CFOAM Program. The ideal candidate will provide world class customer service in an operational environment. Have proven experience in processing classified and unclassified mail shipments using secure accountability tracking systems and FedEx vendor shipment/tracking systems in accordance with government policies, Perform courier deliveries and pickups of classified and sensitive materials from contractor and government locations for processing. Complete shipment preparation tasks to ensure customer specified required delivery date requirements are met. Work will be performed at customer site in the Herndon/Chantilly, VA area. Selected applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the CFOAM Program Contract mission. In this mission we provide support to our customer in a collaborative and solution oriented environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for proper handling, processing, transporting and safeguarding classified information.

Responsible for executing procedures to process FedEx parcels for CONUS and OCONUS Shipments.

Operational knowledge and demonstrated use of barcode scanning technology for accountability of cargo and parcel deliveries.

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below

1-3 Years-Operational knowledge of proper handling of Classified Materials for Mail/Courier Processing

Active TS/SCI Clearance w/Poly

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite Tools

1-3 Customer Service Experience

Be well organized, results oriented and able to multi-task effectively

Possess good verbal and written communications skills
