We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experience Retail Manager (Fresh Foods)

Location: Edo

Job Description

• Manage/oversee the proper and profitable running of the restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOPs).
• Responsible to meet or exceed budgeted sales & profit goals
• Staff orientation, training, development and management
• Manage food production to ensure absolute quality in line with approved recipes and procedures
• Product and recipe development
• Respond to customer’s comments in a constructive and positive manner, looking at such as an opportunity to build customer count. Educate & empower subordinate managers to act in full-fledged restaurant management capacity
• Responsible for the physical/aesthetic maintenance of the section
