We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Bike Sales Representative
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Summary
- Use the motorcycle as a tool to ensure sales and service penetration to retail customers in assigned open markets
- Ensures products are available & visible at the retail outlets in assigned open markets at all times
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and effectively cover retail customers in assigned territory
- Ensure products are available, visible and accessible in retail outlets in assigned territory (proper and effective display/merchandising of the products)
- Draw up weekly route plans and commit to same
- Ensure prompt and correct product and TPOS pickup and recording
- Ensure sales targets per SKU are met
- Achieve daily strike rate target
- Ensure correct product and TPOS issuance
- Effective use of realtime sales App
- Must be accountable of all the stocks in his/her custody
- Ensure daily reconciliation of previous stock issued with supervisor
- Maintain daily and accurate collection, remittance and reconciliation of cash from retail outlets to supervisor
- Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, helmet, Application etc).
Requirements/Skills
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle
- High level of credibility, integrity and self-discipline
- Basic sales and negotiating skills
- Market development skills
- Excellent communicator with high Interpersonal skills
- Merchandising skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule
Professional Requirements
- Qualification needed – OND/NCE
- At least 1 year experience in bike sales
- Experience in FMCG sector is an added advantage
- Must possess valid Riders license and Riders permit requested by location of choice
- Must reside in Location of choice and possess good knowledge of road network in location of choice
- Must own a smart phone
- Knowledge and usage of mobile sales application an added advantage
