Responsible for the development and management of a Program Management utility within MAS Service Operations which supports the MAS Program Management function, Industrial Engineering function and the PMO (Program Management Office) to be deployed across Service Operations. Responsible for the development and/or procurement, deployment and maintenance of the framework to support functional business models and tools. Utilizes new technologies and highly effective business processes. These services are aligned to the achievement of MAS strategic goals for growing the business and improving the business operations, including achieving higher profitability.

Represents the needs of field and staff operations and is the key liaison with Service Operations, MAS Field, Division and Corporate executives regarding PMO matters. To address emerging market demands, changing product strategies and to achieve competitive success, collaborating with functional leaders, this utility is responsible for continual process improvements and re-engineering efforts. Develops, selects and motivates a highly effective management staff supporting technologists, program managers and industrial engineers. The MAS enterprise supports over $2 Billion in ADP revenue.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develops Service-wide / cross functional solutions, executing on a professional services strategy through highly effective use of technology and business processes.Manages the business process framework for 4 service centers, Division and Service Operations cross functional entities.

This includes service, training and operational processes.Delivers highly effective Program Management which is responsible for planning, scheduling and controlling the activities of complex business projects spanning multiple organizations. Monitors all program managed initiatives to insure processes are being followed and goals achieved, including completing milestones on time and within budget. Provides the organization with the right tools to insure project management success.Positions the entire “client engagement model and workflow”, establishing the foundation for a comprehensive service offering(s), integrating sales, implementation, service, training and operations and resulting in a comprehensive “One ADP” solution.Promotes the PMO and disciplined models across MAS and provides training for associates as deemed necessary. Ensures the framework (and related tools and processes) are maintained on a current basis.Assesses all Program Management projects and assigns appropriate resources.

The program managed projects / initiatives typically generate incremental revenues in $millions and support key strategic business growth objectives.Leverages relationships and collaborates on a regular basis with all functional areas within Service Operations Corporate ADP and MAS headquarters to identify PMO needs, develop and manage financial budgets for investments and performance metrics. Prepares business cases with ROI justification for field investments. .Ensures consistent rollout of business processes and initiatives in accordance with Service Operations standards.Ensures that all business processes are compliant with numerous regulatory requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicates these to associates through department and performance planning. Provide periodic performance feedback vs.

objectives and conducts annual performance reviews on all associates. Responsible for hiring and terminating as required. Determine the department’s training requirements and ensures timely and effective training schedules both formal and on-the-job, to enhance the skill base of the department.Partners with Division and Field Executives to identify opportunities for innovation. Communicates strategic importance of a project(s) internally (IT, Service Operations, MAS HQ) and externally (Field) to gain support (funding and buy-in) to ensure success of initiatives and investments.QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, or the equivalent in education and experience, required.

Advanced degree preferred.2.Experience: Extensive experience in providing professional services.Proven track record of successfully managing a growth business.Management experience: including planning, budgeting, cost control, profit and loss responsibility, and associate development.Knowledge of payroll products and payroll industry preferred.Project management and/or program management experience preferred, including professional project management certification and/or business engineering certifications.
