  • Qualifications

    • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong active listening skills to learn stakeholder, SME, and client expectations and then share business requirements persuasively
    • Experience with software development and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with aggressive design, and development schedules
    • Comfortable working as part of a multifunctional design and development team, from beyond simply just a technology perspective
    • Proven success conducting business analysis that resulted in world-class mobile experiences (both native app and responsive/adaptive design in browser)
    • Solid understanding of web and mobile (native) technologies
    • A high-level understanding of the fundamentals of new technologies
    • Some understanding of legal/regulatory guidelines (Accessibility/508, HIPAA, SOX, etc.)
    • Able to translate business requirements into clear recommendations, including working with clients and other members of the internal and client design team(s)
    • Flexible and adaptable in the business analysis approach to accommodate client availability as well as to fit project budget and timelines
    • Agency experience preferred


    Education and Experience

    • BA/BS in a pertinent field, such as Business Management, Marketing, Information Technology, other related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience; Master’s degree preferred
    • 6 – 10 years of recent, continuous experience in business analysis focused roles, with a deep understanding of business analysis strategies and best practices; IIBA certification a plus
    • Demonstrable experience leading workshops and conducting interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements.
    • Deep understanding of the Agile software development life cycle, process documentation and various development methodologies
    • Experience writing/communicating detailed business requirements in various formats
    • Experience in managing and/or collaborating with creative talent and creative agencies
    • Experience working in the Healthcare, Automotive, Financial and Retail industries a plus
    • A willingness and desire to build upon existing knowledge base in order to continually evolve business analysis skills to align with creativity and design thinking
    • Strong parallel thinking abilities and team leadership skills
    • Ability to thrive on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of design trends for mobile, tablet, video and other technologies/platforms (e.g. IoT, AR/VR, Voice, etc.)
