Whytecleon Limited – Our client, a multinational catering services company, is in need of suitably qualified candidate to fill the vacant position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Portioning foods according to customer specifications, including general tray set-up duties
• Ensure cleanliness of utensils, equipment and work area as you go
• Comply at all times with HACCP procedures, good hygiene and production practices.
• Record the handling time and temperatures of all meals plated/tray set at the beginning and end of the process
• Cover, label and store decanted products.
• Cling film, colour code and properly store all bulk items

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an airline catering or hospitality industry
• Bachelor‘s Degree, OND or any relevant qualification.
• Strong people and process management skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Monthly Salary
N44,000.00 only after all statutory deductions.
