Job Description
- Our successful candidate is to man the reception and perform front desk administrative duties
- Offer good customer and staff case services such as maintain proper records of all activities, receive guests, monitor movement, receive, route and place calls through, etc.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- Candidates applying for this position must have a B.Sc/HND from a recognized institution plus 2 to 3 years post qualification experience
- A female candidate preferably, between Ages 20-27 years
- Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent customer service skills and effective telephone etiquette
- Ability to maintain utmost professionalism
- Good time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Possess good reasoning and analytical abilities and IT skills.
