Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience and should be very conversant with Indian & Lebanese foods.
• Arrange and garnish dishes.
• Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
• Ensurequality of ingredients induding freshness.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
