Here is the scope of responsibility:


The Operations Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support for the organization of the Operations Department and other departments as needed. If you possess strong attention to detail with a creative edge and can handle multiple assignments at once then this position is for you!

  • Monitor, grant and disable VEN accounts (DTV services) to active/non active employees


  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Operations department as needed


  • Track and create spreadsheets as needed for Operations


  • Design and upkeep of Recognition and Information Boards


  • Prepare for Client Visits and provide assistance as needed for Client and Corporate Visitors


  • Assist with coordinating meetings and organize catering (as needed)


  • Place Order for Supplies as needed


  • Ability to pick up large orders from local retailers for site events


  • Meeting Minutes as directed


  • Miscellaneous tasks and duties as assigned by Operations


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Excellent verbal communication (clear, crisp speech)


  • Open availability in conjunction with the business needs

  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications especially excel


  • Excellent keyboard typing/PC skills

  • Proper English language grammatical verbal and written skill


Education and Work Experience


  • High School Diploma required/ Associate Degree or higher level of education a plus

  • Minimum 1 year administrative support within a call center environment.


  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
