A CBN-licensed Microfinance Bank located in Anambra State, and already making profit, seeks to employ a qualified and experienced staff to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Credit & Marketing

Location: Anambra
Responsibilities
- Must demonstrate marketing skills, good loans/credit appraisal, writing of credit and ability to recover loans/credit on time
- Must develop good marketing strategies and relationship deepening ability as well as provide good leadership to a serious minded and target driven marketing team of a Bank
- Will be responsible for growing the Bank’s deposit base and risks assets and investment, monitor the credit exposure and render regular reports
- Will be a member of the Management Team of the MFB
Qualifications
- Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline. Additional qualification or Degree in any Finance or Business related discipline may be an added advantage
- Be below the age of 46 years
Experience:
- A minimum of five (5) years post qualification experience Out of which, at least four (4) must have been in the financial services industry and at least two (2) at the senior management level.
- Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competences in the practical microfinance banking and has undergone the Microfinance Certification Program and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN),
- A perfect knowledge of BankOne core banking software will be an added advantage.
