Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Anambra

Responsibilities

  • Man the Front Desk of the Bank, receive customers, provide information
  • Assist to open accounts and direct customers to appropriate officers of the bank
  • Must possess very high interpersonal skills, empathy and eagerness to proffer solutions to customers’ needs and problems
  • Must be ready to smile to customers at all times, while attending to them promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline
  • Be below the age of 46 years

Experience:

  • A minimum of two (2) years post qualification experience, preferably in the Microfinance services industry
