AS400/RPG Developer – Senior

Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of software applications critical to the operations of CVS Health. The Senior Analyst is essential to ensuring the success of the RxClaim Adjudication team in their support of both internal and external clients. You will be part of the project team comprised of both employee and contract staff, and will also partner with project leaders, business stakeholders and managers in accomplishing the projects.

A qualified Candidate is expected to be proficient in SDLC methodologies and adhere to established CVS standards & guidelines. As Senior Analyst, you will be providing solutions to technical and functional requirements, estimations with little or no variance, system design, problem resolutions and guidance to other team members and support operations.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a combination of the following: IBM AS/400 RPG CL RPG ILE
• Understanding and working knowledge of SDLC

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with IBMiSQL
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience with COBOL
• Experience in Healthcare Industry or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree. Will consider High School Diploma/GED plus work experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree
