Efficacy Construction Company is a Lagos Nigerian-based Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Company that specializes in all Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Applicants must be a graduate of Quantity Surveying or Project Management.
• Applicants must have ability to prepare contracts document, bills and tendering in construction industry. Ability to prepare bill of quantity will be an added advantage
• Applicants must have minimum of 5 years experience in tendering and bill preparation for contract purposes
