One of the leading Pension Funds Administrators (PFAs) is seeking Individuals to fill the vacant Management position within the organization, below:

Job Title: Head, Strategy Planning & Implementation

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of strategies/drivers of existing strategy plan of the Company.
• Monitor monthly/quarterly performance of all departments
• Initiate corrective actions when deviations are observed
• Identifying market share growth opportunities
• Assess industry and competitive landscape
• Research and Market Intelligent.

Qualifications

• A University Degree in Management Sciences, Mathematics and Social Sciences
• Possession of higher degree in Strategy Management will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word and Power Point etc.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in similar position in financial services industry.
• Such candidate must have played a strategy planning & implementation role in the pension industry and not be more than 36 years of age.
