Essential Job Functions

  • Receives food and beverage orders from servers
  • Keys food and beverage orders into the POS located in working kitchens throughout the suite levels
  • Supports approximately 45 suites
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to multi task and accurately submit detailed reports at the end of the event
  • Must be able to follow important information issued at the beginning of the event
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must be able to accurately key in data
  • Must maintain a level of confidentiality as they are handling private information
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be well organized
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must have at least one (1) year of basic pre-algebra knowledge
  • Must have experience operating a POS system
  • Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand without assistance for up to 8 hours
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision

Environmental Working Conditions:

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
