TITLE: Receptionist/Admin Support
DEPARTMENT: Administration


SUPERVISED BY:
Human Resources Manager
STATUS: Full-time, non-exempt


SCHEDULE:
M-F, 8AM to 430PM

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for directing incoming calls to appropriate departments, take messages as needed, greet customers, fulfill walk-in requests, conduct purchasing and accounting clerical work as well as data entry and other office support duties. This position works closely with the office team on special projects and weekly reporting tasks.

RESPONSIBILITITES:

  • Maintain professional relationships with customers and fellow employees.
  • Sort incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail.
  • Answer customer inquiries and direct phone calls to the appropriate party.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front area, conference rooms and storage closets.
  • Sort, scan and file purchasing and accounting paperwork.
  • Other data entry and filing as needed.
  • Support office team with projects, event planning and marketing/social media opportunities.
  • Must be punctual and have excellent attendance.
  • Responsible for Quality and Food Safety.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have demonstrated excellent interpersonal human relations and teaming skills.
  • Must be quick and accurate with figures, attentive to detail, and diligent follow through.
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette
  • Must possess exceptional skills in using Microsoft Word, Publisher and Excel 2010.
  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Basic Marketing knowledge preferred.
  • Must have proven problem solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Must be skilled in time management and capable of meeting deadlines and ensuring quality work efficiently.
