This role will own end-to-end program management and build a powerful PMO that effectively drives resources, budgets and schedules across all functions and elements of the portfolio. This includes driving a global team of Program Managers. The PMO leader is accountable for providing program management expertise and guiding and mentoring your team. Identify and close gaps in program management fundamentals, business acumen, process application and best practices and provide expert oversight of critical Productivity Products programs. Address troubled complex programs, drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to achieve successful program launches. Implement and maintain strong MOS that enables PP Leadership to make informed day to day decisions based on current program status, metrics and financial information. You will also work with the SPS PMO team to shape short and long term strategies to create future vision and maintain competitive advantage in the marketplace. Build powerful and innovative teams able to successfully solve challenges, partner with customers, top leadership and broader program management teams to ensure continuous business growth.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline
WE VALUE
- MBA preferred
- Extensive actual program management experience; managing complex, technical projects or multiple projects combined into a program with demonstrated success
- Business focused, strategic mindset and ability to anticipate changes in customer's needs
- Strong evidence of change management expertise
- Significant experience managing cross-functional resources within a heavily matrixed organization
- Powerful communication skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Knowledge of the SPS NPI Process and Accolade Portfolio Mgmt tool
- Effectively demonstrate ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
- Convey information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
- Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
- Quickly and accurately identifies even subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues
- Knowledge of the regulatory and quality requirements for industry and customers
