A plastic bag factory situated in Sagamu, Ogun State with specialization in large scale production and timely delivery of strong quality plastic bags, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Brief

• We are looking for an experienced general manager to oversee all operations of the company and further advance its strategy and vision.
• You will be in charge of a team of professionals and will direct their efforts towards the vision and goals of the company.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations (production, marketing, HR) to achieve corporate goals.
• Develop and implement business plan for profitability.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing program and recommend improvements.
• Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity.
• Coordinate and Monitor progress using various metrics and submit report of performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a manager or similar role
• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
• Demonstrate experience in developing efficient strategies
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Preferably residing in Ogun state as the job is based in Sagamu

Minimum Qualification:

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in the operations and management of plastics facilities in Nigeria.
