Position Overview: If you love to give doggie bellyrubs and enjoy caring for our furry friends, this may be the job for you. You will watch after our clients' pets while they are playing in The Crate Escape Doggie Daycare, or enjoying our quality boarding facilities. Keeping their living quarters clean, happy places and giving baths to our smiling canine friends are all part of the fun!
Employment Status : Our Multi-service Animal Hospital seeks a year round employee with open availability, to work part time or full time as an Animal Care Technician in our boarding and daycare facility.
Animal Care Technician : Our Multi-service Hospital seeks part time (15-25 hours per week) or full time (38-40 hours per week) for our boarding and daycare facility. Potential candidates must possess a strong background in customer service, a team player mentality, positive attitude, and the ability to move at a fast pace. Impeccable work ethic and dedication is required. Experience with animals is a plus. Saturday, Sunday and holiday hours required plus weekdays.

Essentials to work at Cascade Hospital for Animals & Breton Village Animal Clinic
-Love Animals
-Strong customer service experience and focus
-Ability to spend long hours on your feet -- up to 12 hours
-Be able to work past your scheduled hours if needed.
-Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
-Work well under pressure in a fast pace environment
-Must be detail oriented-Honest and accountable for your own actions
-Must be punctual and productive
-Comfortable using a computer
-Must be able to lift 40 pounds unassisted
-Willing to work at both locations (Cascade Hospital for Animals & Breton Village Animal Clinic)
-Must be comfortable handling cats and dogs
-Must be able to work holidays.
