Our Company is a fast paced, innovative company looking for honest, professional team members who have a passion for pets and the people who love them. We provide a wide variety of preventative pet care services through our community clinics.

We are currently looking for a Wellness Clinic Supervisor for our Wellness Clinic in Mountain Home, AR.

Overview

The Wellness Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day to day operations at their Wellness Clinic. They will train/develop all team members while ensuring they are providing superior customer service to all clients and support to the Veterinarian. The Wellness Clinic Supervisor will serve as the manager of their Wellness Clinic team and those team members will directly report the Wellness Clinic Supervisor, with the exception of the Veterinarian.

Essential Functions

  • Provide customer service to clients by answering questions, and assisting them through the clinic process
  • Responsible for Wellness Clinic staff and clinic execution and ensures that all protocol/procedures are followed
  • Supervise and assist the clinic assistants, monitoring processes, procedures, and client interactions
  • Provide coaching to new employees and double check work for accuracy
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to all Wellness Clinic staff
  • Lead the Wellness Clinic team to achieve results and meet goals
  • Resolve all staff issues, document and follow up as needed
  • Resolve all client issues, document and follow up as needed
  • Communicate regularly with FOM to report all issues and opportunities in a timely manner
  • Submit and deliver performance reviews to Wellness Clinic staff
  • Enter/verify employee time cards in ADP and submit payroll
  • Schedule staff in Apollo and find replacements when needed due to call-offs
  • Build and nurture relationships with host location management and staff
  • Assist in assessing pet lifestyle to determine which preventatives and vaccines are best suited
  • Make recommendations to clients about vaccines, tests, products and microchips that are consistent with both company’s protocols and on-site Veterinarian preferences
  • Promote the nail trim service to clients
  • Responsible for all Wellness Clinic equipment and ensuring that product and equipment are being handled appropriately and are secured
  • Responsible for inventory and ensuring supplies are appropriately stocked
  • Responsible for performing inventory counts and submitting orders
  • Update POS materials and order replacements as needed
  • Manage administrative duties to include daily paperwork, and end of the day reconciliation
  • Answer client inquiries on the phone and in the store
  • Administer treatment under the Veterinarians supervision
  • Complete Health Certificates
  • Fill out prescriptions
  • Scan all pets for microchips
  • Clean up after pets including drool, urine, feces, and vomit
  • Ensure all clinical stations are operating appropriately
  • Ability to live our values and reinforce our brand promise with our partners, clients and team members
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Field Operations Manager

Computer Skills

  • Ability to use Apple iPad
  • Time and attendance/HRIS software
  • Scheduling database
  • Gmail/Outlook
  • Microsoft Office

Education and Training

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Prior experience as a Clinic Assistant preferred
  • Previous experience in a leadership/management role preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Skills and Abilities

  • Basic math
  • Understanding of customer service and/or sales
  • Ability to achieve sales goals
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to think clearly and multitask in a busy environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public, co-workers, and Veterinarians
  • Reliable transportation to Wellness Clinic
  • Must successfully pass criminal history background

Environment and Physical

  • Able to lift animals and equipment of up to 150 lbs with assistance
  • Able to work full-time, Wellness Clinic hours
  • Must enjoy and be comfortable working with pets of all breeds, sizes and temperaments
  • Able to appropriately and safely restrain nervous pets when necessary
