Recruiting Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The recruiting admin will be responsible for assisting the existing recruitment team with candidate processing from pre-interview testing, onsite testing and interview coordination along with other key recruiting related functions. Candidates must be comfortable making phone calls, assisting candidates face-to-face with testing and able to multi-task while remaining positive and getting results.

Candidate screening
Greeting candidates and engaging in consistent face-to-face candidate interactions
Delivering a top notch experience to candidates and being the "face" of Paycom recruiting
Pre-testing of incoming applicants and “mock interviews”
Interview coordination with hiring managers
Prospective candidate follow-up as needed
Gathering of post offer paperwork
Assist with ordering and disbursement of drug/ background/ credit results
Data entry as needed to ensure databases are up to date and required information is available to recruiters
Prepare materials (shipping/handling) of career fair materials
Assist recruiters with pipeline management
Support Team Leads with collegiate program scheduling
Management of employee referral process
Special projects as requested by department Director
Qualifications
:Education/Certification

High school diploma required

Skills/Abilities:
Strong planning skills and proven experience in coordinating ideas and resources to achieve goals.
Computer proficiency in database management and MS Office products, specifically Word and Excel
Strong technical aptitude in learning new software quickly
Good work ethic with the ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
High standard of excellence in attention to details, deadlines, office policies and procedures
Ability to handle a number of high priority projects simultaneously and effectively
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and continue to operate effectively
Able to work well with others across the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, prospects, colleagues and vendors
Ability to work effectively as part of a geographically dispersed team
Able to work with a variety of vendors always negotiating the best product for the best price
