Photographer & Sales Representative
Virtual Access Tours a leading New Jersey based photography & marketing company are looking for photographers that have sales & account management experience . You must be a go getter, are motivated, high energy person who loves photography and area a people person. Then we want to talk to you. You'll be in control of your earning potential
You would receive shoot fees for photography jobs and sales commissions for any new and existing clients within an assigned territory. You will have marketing tools, support and assistance with reaching your sales goals. You will have a protected territory, receive commission on all our product offerings. You will get photography jobs that we assign you so you will be earning an income immediately. Photographer’s requirements:
- Travel to and from real estate sales properties within designated work area.
- Provide onsite real estate style photography
- Organize and electronically upload work at the end of each work day.
- No post-production work required
- Perform work as needed on a 1099 contract basis.
- 1-4 weekdays per week of consistent daytime availability year round.
- High School/GED or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience as a professional real estate photographer.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Must have the following professional photography grade equipment: Full Frame DSLR Camera, 18mm Wide Angle Lens, and Tripod (3ft-5ft Range of Expansion).
- Must be presentable and personable
- Must have high-speed internet and the ability to send the images via Dropbox on the day of the shoot.
- Must have reliable automobile transportation and insurance.
- Must have a smartphone, high-speed internet, and a personal computer.
Sales requirements:
- Have previous sales experience or account management
- 1-2 weekdays per week of consistent daytime availability
- Comfortable cold calling , Appointment setting
- Call on existing clients to ensure they have knowledge of all our service offerings
- Make calls to set up meetings
- Give presentations at real estate office meetings
- Meet with owners/managers of real estate companies: sell office packages, sign up for various programs,
- Follow up on sales calls and leads
