A leading Grand Rapids, MI landscape management company is searching for an experienced Operations Manager

Position Summary:
The Operations Manager position leads all facets of the Operations Department for the Landscape Maintenance Division

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop field staff to reflect the Company's reputation for excellence
• Operations and staff scheduling
• Train new staff
• Develop or modify standard operating procedures
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Establish goals and efficiency targets for all field staff
• Perform quality control and efficiency audits
• Establish methods to insure customer satisfaction

Skills/Qualifications:

• Green Industry Operations Management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Good computer skills
• Data oriented
• Experience with Green Industry software a strong positive
• Positive, can-do attitude
