Mobile Designer

Profiles is seeking a Mobile Designer to join the Mobile Experience team of a Fortune 200 Financial Services Corporation. This position is a contract assignment and is located in Richmond, VA.

The ideal candidate will have a background in native mobile platforms, geek out about the latest technologies, and believe that no digital experience is perfect unless it delights customers in ways they never knew were important - but now can't live without. Job Responsibilities:

• Advocate and be the voice of our customer in our UiE development process

• Work daily in Android and iOS design systems to bring new capabilities to all of our flagship apps

• Develop responsive and adaptive components and libraries

• Effectively communicate design standards

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification, or military experience

• 2 years of experience with Sketch and native app design (iOS and Android)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design

• 2+ years of experience with standard digital tools (e.g., Sketch, Xcode, Android Studio)

• 1 or more years' experience presenting concepts to peers, management, and executive stakeholders and influencing design, product and business direction

• Exposure to client management, including relationship building with internal and external partners

• User Centered Design Principals - Design Thinking

• Intermediate to expert knowledge of iOS and Android design systems and best practices
