Job Description

Responsible for cleanliness of the facility. Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, mopping and cleaning of offices, patient units and corridors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment may be moderate to high. The work environment may include chemicals used for cleaning, and have dust, mist and stream generated in housekeeping tasks. Smoke-free work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Entrance glass cleaned in and outside daily

Clean laundry room washer & dryer, wipe down daily

All trash cans emptied and carpet vacuumed daily

All rooms and trash cans cleaned daily

Activity room, kitchen and furniture cleaned daily

Showers and toilets cleaned, disinfected

Restock toilet paper in bathrooms

All fixtures and mirrors cleaned daily

Refrigerators cleaned and sanitized daily

Furniture polished and window sills wiped down weekly

High dusting completed weekly

Other Duties as Assigned
