Full Time Certified Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

Busy independent pharmacy needing a certified pharmacy technician. Fun and fast-paced work atmosphere; most customer contact is with nurses via telephone. Technicians assist the pharmacists with typing and filling prescriptions. We are not a typical retail chain pharmacy; our pharmacy only sells prescriptions and do not stock OTC health merchandise. Shifts will be Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday. Job requirements include: current Texas pharmacy technician certification, 40wpm typing and excellent spelling, strong customer service, communication skills, and phone etiquette.
