Job Description

Grant public access to the corporate building. Provide public relations services and assistance to visitors and employees.
Register and welcome visitors into the building utilizing a logbook to determine the purpose of the visit and with whom the visitor will be meeting. Manually prepare badges to identify employees and guests. Notify appropriate office personnel upon arrival of visitors and/or packages. Properly log all incoming mail into the logbook. Notify recipients of mail arrival. Provide directory information to employees and visitors on meeting locations, time, etc. Direct employees to correct evacuation routes or designated areas upon request from Security personnel. Generate overtime reports, badge violation reports, and delivery reports for the Security Department. Monitor the lobby and outside entrance areas for safety hazards.
