As a Strategist, you will be focused on delivering exceptional strategic recommendations in Pay Per Click (PPC) accounts while building strong relationships with clients. You will still have an opportunity to “get your hands dirty” working directly with analysts on account-level work in order to continually optimize campaigns and drive results. Since we strive to provide world-class service to our agency’s clients, you will put both your analytical and customer service skills to the test. We also invest in a structured, individually-paced training regimen through which you will become well-versed in advertising platforms such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords, as well as our internal suite of proprietary tools.

- Set a strategic direction for each client account, creating account growth goals and monitoring progress.
- Build strong client relationships through creating and sending call agendas and call follow-ups, leading calls, organizing client visits, and providing proactive communication regarding account strategy.
- Research new features, betas and tests to run in client accounts.
- Troubleshoot complex account issues and work strategically with agency partners to find solutions and opportunities within client accounts.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to align digital marketing strategies in cross-channel meetings.
- Assist in training new analysts through reviewing emails, reporting, shadowing calls and occasional paired trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Team Lead.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of experience in paid search, social media or other related digital marketing field.
- 2+ years in a client-facing or customer service role. –
