Client Support Specialists play a key role in support of CJ's publishers and advertisers. As part of a wide reaching support team, a Client Support Specialist is a subject matter expert on CJ, providing excellent front-line support for all CJ clients. Questions range from the basics of affiliate to more advanced reporting questions.

Do these things interest you? You will:

  • Explain the basics of affiliate and use of the CJ interface to publishers and advertisers who call or write to us.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for clients with technical or general issues.
  • Provide internal support to CJ account teams and their clients.
  • Continually review and refine internal and client-facing documentation.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Strong customer service skills with at least 1-2 years of experience in a position that involves direct client interaction.
  • Excellent phone, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate on a team
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and follow-through skills.
