Customer Service Representative/Service Dispatcher
Job Description
Immediate opening for a customer service representative/service dispatcher. Duties include but are not limited to answering a multi-line telephone, clerical duties such as maintaining customer files, filing, data entry, etc., schedule and dispatching for multiple service technicians, customer service in person and on the telephone and other duties as they arise. Looking for someone with a stable background in a customer service position. Skills would include knowledge of Excel, Word and the ability to learn new windows based software quickly. The right person for the job would include someone who is reliable, punctual, honest, team player, hard working, can multi-task efficiently, possesses great communication skills and is a quick learner.

Salary: $25,000.00 to $35,000.00 /year
