Job Description
The Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) provides personal care and helps with other household chores for residents, which may include bathing, grooming, toileting, nourishment, answering call lights, etc., in a manner conducive to the resident's comfort and safety. He/she must be able to follow the individual care plan and document all activities according to current policies and procedures.The ideal candidate has a high school diploma/GED, training leading to certification as a CNA, and current CPR/First Aid certification. Candidates must have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills to ensure the efficient delivery of care.
The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is responsible for the preparation, distribution, and documentation of all medications to patients as assigned. He/She ensures that all medications are available for distribution following MD orders and that patients receive medications in a timely manner. The CMA must have excellent communication, organization, and time management skills to ensure the efficient delivery of all medications. Working under the supervision of an RN, he/she must be able to follow the medication orders and document related activities according to current policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma/GED, training leading to certification as a CMA and/or ACMA, and current CPR/First Aid certification.
**SIGN ON BONUS**
**C.N.A./C.M.A. Full-Time $500 (paid out at $100 after 30 days and then $50/bi-weekly)
**C.N.A./C.M.A. Part-Time $250 (paid out at $50 after 30 days and then $25/bi-weekly)
