The Broward Real Estate Investors Association is looking for an administrative assistant at our headquarters in Plantation. We are looking for an immediate hire to fulfill a full time position Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM. The right candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and be able to work in a fast pace real estate environment. We are looking for an energetic individual with a great attitude and excellent organizational skills.

Job duties will consist of the following:

  • Organizing and creating filing systems
  • Managing member registrations
  • Answering phones/screening calls
  • Scheduling for office
  • Ordering office supplies

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Google Sheets: 2 years (Required)
  • Real Estate: 1 year (Required)

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

License or certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
