The Broward Real Estate Investors Association is looking for an administrative assistant at our headquarters in Plantation. We are looking for an immediate hire to fulfill a full time position Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5:30PM. The right candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and be able to work in a fast pace real estate environment. We are looking for an energetic individual with a great attitude and excellent organizational skills.
Job duties will consist of the following:
- Organizing and creating filing systems
- Managing member registrations
- Answering phones/screening calls
- Scheduling for office
- Ordering office supplies
The right candidate will also have many other benefits of working with the largest REIA in South Florida!
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Google Sheets: 2 years (Required)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- Associate (Preferred)
License or certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
