Position: Part Time, 20 hrs, M-Th and e/o Fri (flexible start/end times within office hours)

Roles & Responsibilities : The Administrative Assistant helps clients and PCAs in the office and over the phone, and provides direct support to the Director of Operations and Care Coordinators. The ideal candidate would possess an associate’s degree in office administration or a similar field and have 1-3 years of administrative experience. Responsibilities include: processing PCA time sheets, verifying payroll, managing monthly client and PCA paperwork, answering phones and providing in-person support, and general office support.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 /hour
