Location: Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA

Summary: Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks. Provides the Collective Training Support Leadership function on-site at MTC during standard operating hours. The Contractor shall plan and conduct MC staff training events that replicate a realistic training environment that encompasses the dimensions and complexities of Unified Land Operations (ULO). Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, including contract and subcontractor management. Supervises assigned staff, including subordinate managers. Develops technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting. Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload. Attends customer meetings and serves as primary client liaison regarding collective battle staff training. Coordinates development of deliverables and products. Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables. Maintains current knowledge of relevant doctrine and technology as assigned. Participates in special projects as required.

Education

1. BA / BS degree, subject immaterial

2. Experience: 8 years of experience with Military training and training support; have completed the Army Command & General Staff College (CGSC) or Intermediate Level Education or equivalent level military schooling - Senior Service College (SSC) (preferred); have had experience in operations and training requirements at Brigade or higher level (required). Prior battalion command required - brigade command preferred. Recent MC training at Battalion command level or higher; in-depth knowledge of virtual training simulators; and constructive simulations and gaming experience are preferred.
Qualifications

8-10 years of related military experience.

Secret Clearance required; prior TS preferred.
