Job Summary

Tristate healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses to join our staffing agency.

Responsibilities include:

Assistance in supervision of the Certified Home Health Aides/Caregivers.

Initial and ongoing in-home client evaluations.

Initiating the plan of care and make necessary revisions.

Assuring that the client and family understand the home Plan of Care and their responsibilities.

Conducting orientation/training caregivers in accordance with the agency guidelines.

Maintaining a safe environment for clients.

Maintaining compliance with NY state regulations affecting home care.

Participation in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the services provided to the clients.

Conducting in-home supervisory visits in accordance with agency guidelines and NY state licensure regulations.

Performing related duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by the management team.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $32.00 /hour

Required experience:

Nursing: 2 yearsRequired license or certification:
